A week later after the end of Billy and Stu's crusade of Ghostface came to an end Sidney and her remaining her friends rebuild their lives back together for graduation and college life but two years later when the second murders spill Derek receives messages from a ghost from his past related to the murder of his sister....prepare for a shocking twist
