Set in 1991- Diana Ambrose moves to up state New York, a few years after her grandmothers passing, in hopes of starting fresh.

Handed into the tired hands of the teachers of Crestwood Academy, a prestigious boarding school that her grandfather owns, she meets 10 students who alter her perception of life.

In the process she meets Lennox Holloway- a boy who has big dreams but is restrained by his overbearing father. The two and their group go through the ups and downs of life, experiencing romance and coming of age together as they explores the conflict between realism and romanticism together.
