Eric Peterson had lost so much in his young life, from his home to his family and even his own name. Now he had lost his freedom as well. Trapped as a prisoner of the sun fae's new king, Kadrek, Eric isn't sure what the man has in store for him. As one of the last phoenixes left in the world and the only one who knows the truth behind Kadrek's rise to power, Eric is expecting to be kept on a very tight leash.
