Brittney, a fashionable gyaru high school student in Canada, may appear as one of the mean girls at her school, but she surprisingly maintains a large circle of friends. One ordinary day, while brushing her teeth in the bathroom, she unintentionally overhears a fragment of the "daily news" emanating from the nearby TV in the other room. Initially, it seems insignificant, but as she continues to listen, regret fills her heart as she realizes she wishes she hadn't heard a single word.
