Hanbin expects this fall to be peaceful, easy, and normal. At least... Until the college's iconic romance hotline "Base One" rises like a phoenix from the grave for another semester. His friends are estatic, but Hanbin? Well, he always found the show stupid and pointless.

However, his point of view makes a sudden 180 when he finds himself completely infatuated by the cute guy in his astronomy class, a music student named Zhang Hao. Hater turned hotline regular, Hanbin turns to the anonymous voice for help with his crush... But what he doesn't know is the person receiving his calls knows much more about him (and his situation) than they're letting on.
