The simple 17 year old country boy Luka Flowers, finds himself met with the bustling city of New York so he could meet amends to help his grandmother by working in a small but cozy coffee shop. On the other hand a loud 17 year old punk that goes by the name Ryker Phillips, mostly known as the lead singer and guitarist for his up and coming band Ghost Town, finds himself smitten with the coffee shop boy he walks past by every day. He tries to go up and ask him out but even for his loud personality, his heart beating in his chest is even louder. Even though he swears he's not a creep his habit of sitting in a lone booth in the corner, and writing songs about this mysterious barista says otherwise. Fate eventually forces one another into each others arms (Quite literally) with a sweet heartfelt story, smut, and of course angst.
