In an effort to form alliances, her father has decided to marry her off to a High Lord of his court. Her new husband is a ruthless killer who will happily fight this war in her honor.

Moira finds herself in a position where she must either grow strong or break under the pressure. Could a damaged, lost girl truly hold so much power? Even after being tortured, separated from her family and new friends, could she hold on? Could she end this war? If not, could she win it?
