Being able to compete with Honey Mitsukini in a cuteness battle and is small, Tebanasu Ichijima, or Tebbi (teddy), is beating Honey in shortness by being 4'11. Successfully pulling off Tamaki's puppy eyes AND Honey's.
    
    Her friend, being the dork she was, she was overly dense and didn't realize anything until it actually happened. Tebbi's adorable idiotic best friend Eva came to join her on her transfer to Ouran High School without realizing that she would stand out completely with her stupidity in the rich school. Even though she herself was rich, her stupidity has no limits, and a certain idiot pairs up with that VERY well.
    
    Someone takes a sudden interest in Tebbi, but he realizes that she is quite confusing and bipolar at times, and she also has a complete different side to her like him. He may be cute, but he's dangerous. But Tebbi on the other side, gathers enough gossip to threaten or possibly blackmail others.
    What could possibly go wrong?
