This World I Live In

A lone boy finds himself falling into the woods. He soon discovers he has no memory of who he is, where he is, or why he is even here. After traversing the woods for a day, he discovers a scared girl by the name of Frédérique who he convinces to spend the night with. There, she explains to him just what the world has become...

Author's Note: This book is going to get... weird. Believe me, I am writing most of these chapters in advance so I won't have to go back and redo them (though I might for grammatical errors). Also, I am currently learning French and am... so, so at it. Forgive me if my translations are incorrect or not phrased properly (most of them are in Broken English/French which is kinda the point). If I made an error in French, that is my fault and I'll correct it if you call me out on it. Anyway, onto the story.
