Childhood sweethearts Annie Waltz and Braxton Boise grew up dreaming of winning an Olympic Gold in figure skating. But just before the start of high school, Braxton vanishes without a word.

Seven years later, old sparks ignite as Annie transfers schools and Braxton reenters her life as the captain of Lakeshore University's ice hockey team. A series of unfortunate events leads them to rediscover their chemistry again, both on and off the ice, and suddenly, he's her only shot at the 2026 Winter Olympic trials.

But Braxton's still tight-lipped about what happened in the past, and the more time they spend together, the more Annie begins to question whether she's really willing to risk her heart with someone like him. She hates secrets, and the ones he's keeping?
