Izuku can't exactly pinpoint when, but at some point he had fallen in love with Bakugou Katsuki.

So why was he worried about this new revelation? Why couldn't he just ask his friend out? Get it over with, rip the bandaid off?

Well isn't it obvious?

Now, Izuku thought it was unbelievably rude to number someone's attractiveness on a nonsense scale of one-to-ten, but if he absolutely had to to prove his point, then Izuku considered himself a four tops. Katsuki - He was a twenty even in a room full of tens. Izuku never stood a chance.

And every week he heard about or saw all of those who did.
