"Madzilla Elliona Monroe" is a typical school girl who is smart, talented, and sporty. She decides to run for the position of Supreme Student Council president with confidence in her abilities. However, her plans take an unexpected turn when she meets Sebastian Ryōichi Dmitriev, a transfer student, he is from a renowned family in their province who is also contesting for the same position.
