The Children Are Missing

Nine children. The world is being punished. Mother Nature herself has enacted wrath. She's dried up the Pacific Ocean, all it's depths and shores covered instead with an encapsulating forest. The Wood. Like its own entity, The Wood refuses to be touched by the hands of man. Ungoverned and un-traversed, it's depths and creatures haunt the lives of those who dare to step past its banks. The question begs, how many parents will become parents only in name?

Kit and Nev have long grown out of their childish fantasies about exploring the Wood. But when Nev's sister goes missing from her bed, desperation sits in. Already out of time, the pair fight against the odds and face an unknown horror: the Wood.
