Someone Like Her

It's Dakota Fowler's senior year in high school, and she can't manage to clear the fog in her head. She has a loving boyfriend, does well in school, has a great group of friends, plays on the varsity softball team and is going to be scouted this season... yet something just doesn't feel right to her. Something feels like it's missing. But Dakota can't think about that right now. Thinking about it means everything could change for her. The start of her last year of high school holds a lot of potential for Dakota's future, but when a new student shows up on the first day, it forces her to take a deeper look into herself.

Avery Correia is a fun-loving, rule bending girl who just moved to small town Connecticut from the city of Wells Rock, Colorado. Wells Rock boasts a population of over 72,000 people, whereas Tall Oaks, Connecticut, has a population that weighs in under 2,000 people. Just when she's convinced that this move is going to be the worst move her family could have made, she spots a girl that knocks the breath right out of her. Maybe this move won't be the worst thing ever...
