While in an orphanage, Izuku's Quirk Manifests after trauma and constant bullying from other orphans, but with a slight dysfunctional flaw as he would a Shark Transformation and Mutation Quirk with Dissociative Identity Disorder that turns him into Multiple Anthropomorphic Sharks which is a Great White, Bull Shark, Shortfin Mako, and Thresher with their own personality.
