In an oppressive darkness, Noah awakens in a windowless cell, with a throbbing pain at his temple and a hazy recollection of a triumphant tour with his band. His mind is shrouded in mystery, but the presence beside him brutally snaps him back to reality: a young woman lies wounded, on the brink of death, her white dress and the stone floor beneath her stained with blood.
