A deku no more (Villlan Deku)

In a world were 80% of the population had a powerful ability called a quirk, 20% were born powerless. A world were the society is divided by hero's, Villan's and vigilantes life's not always fair.
Izuku Midoriya a young boy with the dream to become a hero learns that early on in life. He was diagnosed quirkless. Although he tries his best to get a hold on himself he is pushed to the limit when his mother, the only person to stick by his side even though he was quirkless died due to a certain flam hero's carelessness.
Still not giving up he asks his idol the question "can I be a hero even though I am quirkless?".
His idol said no and laughed right at his face and then left him behind.
that was the last push the boy had needed. He was done and he would make the people who hurt him suffer.
