Shadow/Sir Lancelot x Fem Reader - To Protect You -

In the World of Camelot, the Castle Town was bustling, and (Y/N) was stuck at her castle, taking the role of a princess. (Y/N) loved ballet, and her friend would always visit whenever she could to play some music for her to practice. (Y/N)'s family was mostly toxic and abusive, as her mother constantly scolded her and made fun of her, along with her older sisters who were encouraged to by their mother. The father was a compassionate and caring king who loved to see (Y/N) practice and dance ballet, and was the only daughter the king could talk to. The king, knowing her Mom's aloofness and neglect, wanted to figure out how to protect (Y/N) and called Lancelot Shadow to protect her. Then, Shadow would start to fall in love with (Y/N)'s beauty and naive, kind nature. Her mean sisters would always try to hurt her in some way though, and she was still at risk as a princess, because if she didn't marry someone soon, she'd have to get an arranged marriage. Would Sir Lancelot ignore his temptation and protect her? Or will he finally confess?

Shadow has been busy with a Mobian for a while. At Green Hills, they were a Mobian that just wanted to hear a story from their favorite role model while recuperating from an Eggman attack. So, Shadow's here to tell them (aka you if you wanna put it that way!) a story just because Rouge told him to. About a person and a knight, who lived peacefully, protecting each other throughout their lives. Now, this story isn't entirely fabricated, as it was in another world, however not this one. Shadow got the story from Sonic, and felt like it would be a good opportunity to calm them down.
