Memories

"Raven!" my dad yells, banging on my door.
The tears fall in my lap as I hide in the corner. Why?
Why does he always do this to me?
'Cameron will be here soon..' I remind myself.
Cameron's my older brother he found his mate in a different
pack... the Alpha's daughter. He was lucky.
The door swung open and I sunk back in the corner trying
to make myself look smaller hoping he'd just leave
,but I knew better than that.
I was lifted of the ground and thrown across the room
and I let out a scream before I hit the wall.

"You useless piece of dirt! You will never be loved!" my father's voice yells out as he picks me up and
wraps his big hands around my
throat. I suck in the little breath I can and the room darkens.

"Alvis!" I hear Cameron yell and the pressure on my
throat disappears. I hear glass break and grunts and I'm lifted off the ground and I can tell it's Cameron.

"It's gonna be ok. I've got you." he whispers and darkness engulfs me.
