They never knew their parents. For as long as they can remember, Scratch and Freeze have been alone. They do one thing. They're nothing like the rest of the world. The two sisters, for reasons they can't recall, were born half animal. Since they were born, Scratch and her sister have hidden in a network of underground tunnels in New York. But when Freeze ventures from their underground sanctuary, Scratch is thrown into an epic quest to save her little sister from G.E.N.E, a group of scientists who kidnapped Freeze for their own unknown purposes.
The sisters will learn things about themselves, their past, and the reason of their creation, as well as what may be the most important knowledge they could acquire...
They aren't alone.
Book One in the GENEsis trilogy. This is definitely one of my biggest projects yet, as I've only ever done Stand-alone novels before. I don't have a set deadline for updates, so you may have to wait a long while for new chapters. Please bear with me and tell me what you think.
