Now, a year and a half later and cancer-free, Cassie wants to start her Junior year with a fresh start with he new humble outlook on life. But her past isn't easily forgotten. Many people are wary of Cassie, and her old friend, Melanie Press, has become the queen bee while she was away. The only person willing to be Cassie's friend is the cute new boy, Jonathan "Nate" Bloom. Will Cassie survive, or will she get eaten alive by high school?
