"Liam?" she quietly whimpered to me from under the duvets.
"Yes love?"
I didn't know what to do, she had been like this ever since our fight. It was only about me and Sophia but I knew that me defending Sophia only fueled her even more to yell. Then she burst, her tears fell. The truth came out.
*FLASHBACK*
"WELL MAYBE I CAN'T TRUST HER LIAM!" she sputtered
"That's enough! If you want me to stop hanging with Sophia then maybe I'LL LEAVE!" I screamed
It was silent, only the sound of our heavy breathing was heard. Our screaming match was over. She looked at me, not wanting the tears to fall out. Yet it did.
"I haven't stopped Liam..." her tears falling out freely as her hoarse voice cracked.
"The cuts?" I whispered.
She looked away and walked to our bedroom, whimpering at the thought of being a problem, an attention whore and the thought of me leaving.
*FLASHBACK OVER*
I looked over my shoulder, wishing she would let me just get under the duvets and hold her.
"I'm sorry, you can just leave right now if you want. I'll help you pack," she said softly.
I didn't answer her because I didn't want to leave her. I just needed her to know that she was mine, that she is mine.
