Ryder moves in next door to Haley, a stunning blonde stoner. Of course all the bad guys want her, but all she wants to do is smoke in her quiet little apartment. To Haley, Ryder is just a trouble making punk, just another bad boy trying to get lucky for a night. She tries to ignore him, but he has his eyes set on her, and he isnt giving up that easily.
