Takoda Ukameshi is propelled to Modern Day America from Feudal Japan. Takoda has vague memories of his former life and struggles to reclaim them. In his quest to reclaim what he lost he is swept into a terrible scheme that will change a country.
Detective John Crowe wants to bring the Chinese Triad to justice. Driven by the desire to prove himself to his fellow Detectives and to avenge the death of his partner, Crowe will stop at nothing to accomplish his goal. When John answers a strange call about a sword swinging maniac his goal slowly becomes a reality.
Dr. Jane Hemis wanted to become a doctor to save lives. After a while she feels like being a doctor is not enough. She wishes to make a major difference in the world but doesn't know how. Until a strange man is brought into the hospital and captures her interest with his gaze. She is then caught in a whirlwind of events that allows her dream to become a reality.
Together the three of them must work together to stop an organization working in the shadows from causing discord in the country.
