The city named FDC, has forgotten and slandered Kadan but time and the course of history will not... for you see in the darkest of hours Kadan, dubbed Insane One, had rose up and saved the city time and time again however no one seems to care. For they slandered Kadan because of her being transgender and insane probably more insane than Joker, but she did save FDC by accident and then time again without trying...
