Capitano لم يكن الملعب مجرّد مستطيلٍ أخضر، كان مسرحًا للأسرار. كل هتافٍ يرتفع في المدرجات كان يُخفي خلفه صوتًا واحدًا أبحث عنه. كل عَلمٍ يُرفرف في سان سيرو كان يذكّرني بشيء يجب الا يغيب عن مخيّلتي. أركض كما لو أنني أطارد قدري... أتجاوز المدافعين، أقاوم التعب، أُسقط خصومي واحدًا تلو الآخر... لكنّ المعركة الحقيقية لم تكن على العشب، بل في قلبي. الجماهير ترى لاعبًا يقاتل من أجل شرف القميص الأحمر والأسود... لكن ما لم يعرفه أحد، أنني كنتُ أقاتل من أجلها هي وإبتسامتها كل تسديدة، كل تمريرة، كل هدف... كان يحمل بصمتٍ اسمها. هي لم تكن على المدرجات، لكنّها كانت معي دائمًا، في كل نفسٍ، في كل صلاة، وفي كل حلمٍ لا يعرفه غيري..." لم يكن الهدف يومًا أن أكون نجمًا... كان أن أكون لها. كل كرةٍ عانقت الشباك، لم تكن سوى رسالةٍ غامضة كتبتها باسمي المستعار فوق الملعب. كل مرّة رفعت يدي للسماء، كنتُ أرفعها باسمها... دون أن يعرف أحد. العالم يظنّ أنّني أحتفل بالنصر... لكنّ الحقيقة أنني كنت أحتفل بوجودها في صمتي. هي قصّتي التي بدأت في الملاعب، وستبقى هناك... بيني وبينها فقط." كان أن أكون زين الباي. كل كرةٍ عانقت الشباك، وكل تصفيق، وكل هتاف، يذكّرني بأن هناك أكثر من مجرد مباراة، تاريخ نشر

New York is the kind of city where if you aren't somebody, if you aren't extraordinary, you blend into everybody else. For Sylvie the later was all too relevant, cousin of the beloved Gwen Stacy. Sylvie never did live up to Gwen's benchmark. Practically polar opposites, the two Stacy's are forced together to accomodate Sylvie's parents busy work life. Both girls thrown out of their comfort zone, Sylvie tackles Midtown and its new complexities while Gwen tackles the new presence and her Oscorp internship - not to mention both girls turbulent interactions with a so-called friendly neighbourhood Spiderman and an entirely seperate, Peter Parker.
