When a bunch of Gems wash up on the shore in front of the temple, the Crystal Gems suspect that there's something else other than them that's hunting down the corrupted Gems. More than that, it turns out that the being they're looking for lives right outside, in the ocean, in fact.

The battle for Lapis's life has ended-or so it seems-and things are back to being semi-normal for her. She is enjoying her life with Peridot and the rest of the pack, but then she starts to notice things. Red eyes watching her from afar, glaring at her, begging for her to come near. Peridot never liked fire. It was dangerous and reckless and definitely not something she'd ever fool around with, her mother always told her never to play with fire. Heck, Lion isn't even happy with him. So yeah, things haven't been looking up for Steven. But soon, everything's about to change once he meets movie and TV star Bull Dane. The two become good friends and Bull sympathizes with the kid. Can this gentle giant help Steven and Connie reconcile with each other? A millennia had passed since I, Lapis Lazuli, decided to left the Gem Homeworld and arrive at the planet Earth to become the pupil of Mew, the most powerful and wise being. There were so many things that I have lived, so many adventures I can tell you, but now I will tell you how all of this ended, when the chaos arrived, like an omen of the calamity that the Gems brought to Earth at the time it's firsts great human civilizations surged and fought to defend their planet.

Note: This is a different human AU than "Tell Me About It", and is no way related to it. Also, I do not own the cover art. It belongs to @ikimaru on tumblr! Lapis Lazuli is constantly annoyed by her childish cheery neighbor, Peridot, until an accident happens that puts Peridot in a wheel chair. She decides to finally do something good in her life, and takes the position as her caretaker. Might have a little bit of cussing, and maybe some sexual themes (most likely no smut though) later on, I don't know.

After the events of Steven's powers going out of control and leaving town, Steven soon returned to Beach City and settled down and had a daughter. (Y/n) Universe is a human that learns about Gem culture under the watchful eyes of the Diamonds. But now, when (y/n) rediscovers the story of Pink Diamond along side her best friend Spinel... the only thing that remains... is the choices you make. The cover was made by me.
