          Lance gave a curt nod in greeting. "Do you want something?" His eyes  surveyed Hiro.

          Lance noticed the boy walking up to him and turned to look at him with his red eyes, frowning faintly.

          Lance wrapped his fingers around the hilt and nodded. "Yeah. See you." He followed her with his eyes as she left.

          Lance subconsciously reached up and touched the small scar on his jaw.  "It's not important." He averted his gaze, clenching his jaw.

          Lance looked at her with a faint scowl. "What kind?  I don't use it for pleasure."

          Lance glanced down at the sword rested across his lap.  Absently stroking the hilt with his thumb, he offered it to her.

          Lance gave a faint bark of laughter."Hardly."

          "Does it matter?" He asked, looking at her.

          Lance continued to faintly frown at her and follow her with his eyes as she sat."....Lance." He said after a moment of silence.
