We should all realize that authors in every platform have their own lives outside the internet. They're students, workers, and people struggling with pieces of shit the universe gives them too.

Literally just be thankful that they're still leaving updates once in a while, and not discontinuing all it's books.

And they need breaks too. Life gets too harsh sometimes, we don't know what the person is going through everyday. So maybe just be more patient; let them get a recharge and just wait for them to drop the update.
