it’s so funny how every like 8-12 months i come back to see how everything’s doing for like ten minutes before deleting the app again even though all my previous posts all say i’m never coming back i physically can’t stay on this app longer than 10 minutes because my past self’s actions are so cringy and humiliating that i cant even bear to accept that i really said and did all this stuff

@hyejinwrites i have no idea if you’re active anymore but i came back to check out that after book because i’m watching the movie and it’s horrendous and i was curious if the book was actually that shit too, BUT i went looking through our old messages too and i cant believe them i rly miss being active on here bc i used to have so much fun making friends and writing stuff but now i’ve outgrown it and it’s just not for me anymore. i really hope you’re doing well though!!

hi everyone. it’s hanna. i haven’t been active for a very long time , but after thinking for a while , i think i’m going to deactivate this account. after reading multiple rumours that this app is no longer safe and uses my personal information , i feel as though the best course of action to keep myself safe is to deactivate and remove this account. i can’t guarantee that the rumours are true , but i don’t want to risk it. thank you all so much for the last two years. everyone here has helped me through so much and this app was a beautiful escape for me. i don’t have many friends on here , but those that are closer have my socials so we can always talk on there. I’ll be deactivating by the end of the week. i’m so sorry it’s come to this.

@AcanthaAmor hey rida :(( i was planning on going around all my friends and msging them about my deactivation but you got me first :( i’m going to miss you soo much ! you’re msgs and comments and just your general being there was so comforting to me. you were there when i was an even smaller account and were always there to hype me. i’m sad we don’t really talk outside of replying to each others msg boards or comments on books, but i’m really grateful to have met you. we aren’t exactly close but you really have been an amazing person to me. you were there a lot of the time so for that i do consider you my friend. we don’t know all that much about each other but i know you have a heart of gold and are one of the nicest online friends i have made. my time on this app let me know so many new and nice people, and i’m so beyond happy i met you. this app was a beautiful place for me, and you were one of the people that made it so beautiful. thank you so much. for everything. i sincerely hope you’re happy, healthy and stay safe. pls look after yourself and believe in yourself. i love you :(( this made me cry writing this, but the tears are worth it if i can convey my total gratitude for you and everything you’ve done <333 lots of love bae x

@InfiredForSuga i think you need to go onto your pc or laptop and log into your wattpad on a browser. then if you go into settings, you should have the option to deactivate your account. i’m not totally sure about it, but i’ll be looking so i’ll keep you updated on what works <3
