            The Apple didn’t react at all, instead it simply melted into her touch; Not caring for the warmth of her hand as much as something with a brain might’ve done.

            I took a long stroll through the graveyard, when I realised that apples are often associated with many things; gravity, children, slaughter, intelligence, sacrifice etc. The list goes on. From there, I began to think; I wonder what an apple would say if it knew how much it meant to humanity. Then I mentally face palmed. Apples can’t think. They just sit there, an empty void. This concept then grew to fascinate me...plants, fruit- they can’t think. It must be awfully boring, except they have no concept of boredom. How one Earth would they react in real life situations. What would an apple do, if anything at all? Would it complain about being eaten, or not- since it’s not self aware, so therefore doesn’t know it’s being eaten. Aaaand here we are XD
