Dark eyes hidden beneath a cowl worn tightly over the vigilante's features, a way to protect all who he loved (LIES) and more importantly to be a SYMBOL to all who thought they were safe from him. Eyes trained to spot and asses all possible threats now landed on the hitman, lips twitching into a thin frown. Knuckles cracked under his grasp, cold anger boiling up inside him threatening to kill him from the inside out if he didn't do what was needed.
"Lawton. Is this what Zoe would have wanted?" He knew what would happen: either he would hit a nerve or he might strike some sense back into the hitman's mind. "Stop."
