ik it's been nearly 2 years but ik ppl still read my stuff and follow me so i wanna contribute my opinion. my immense love and support goes to shelby, she is so strong and brave. coming out like that is always so so difficult but it's also very necessary to prevent this exact situation from happening again and helping to bring awareness to this very relevant and, unfortunately, common experience as a whole is the best thing you can do. physical and emotional abuse is no joke and please reach out to someone if you think it's necessary.
