            Plus I believe that Prussia also went to Russia since America was his best friend yet still dussolved him. Prussia never had any strong relationship with Russia so he might've took all the history and decided to go to Russia. 
            
            The Italy's are personifying those cities. 
            Italy Veneziano = Venice 
            Italy Romano = Rome
            And Venice will sink earlier or later. 
            
            Brandenburg and Berlin both have personifications, Prussia cant personify any of them (plus Berlin was already capital of Prussia, it makes no sense if Prussia would personify Berlin) so yea.
            And its extremely offending to say Prussia is still there because he was east Germany. Its kinda a sensitive point.
            
            Prussia wanted Holy Rome to survive most likely after what France did. So yea-.

Prussia (the land) may have dissolved, but Germany absorbed its politics and people (which may be why Prussia is still technically there because the Country is unified like the Italy's are). Prussia aided Germany with uniting the Germany states and then itself became a part of the Empire just as those states did, but I guess it's enough of a difference, Prussia did not fully integrate which is why he is a seperate entity. 
            
            I don't have siblings, but I bet they are from what I have heard.

            Then considering that Germany dissolved Prussia (like the other German states) inofficially, it is most likely that Prussia has a somewhat tensious relationship with Germany. Even if the 45 years of parted Germany pretty much calmed it down-.
