What’s a good angst prompt, help

Okay so which sounds better (in terms of helping a story progress): 
          -Not being able to play a sport again because of a parent (and because of an injury but like you can be a manager or sum)
          -Playing the sport but not being in main games because of an injury 
          -Being shut out of the outside world (apart from academics) because of a parent but disobeying them
          
          Pls help also if you could give ideas to add on these that would be great  < 3

@_kovit  yes! I was thinking the same. It could cause other coaches to worry and then like if  the player lies and says they’re better it could come tumbling down on him later. Btw hi
