as blink is a mutant who can
create dimension-warping portals
that can teleport people and objects.

she is associated with the x-men 
and the free mutants. 

blink , along with the other
members of the free mutants
retreated to a monastery in china 
where the x-men were launching 
their plan to send wolverine 
back in time. 

while clarice was guarding the 
monastery , she was attacked , 
and overwhelmed by sentinels
which killed her . but , since wolverine 
had altered the timeline blink was never killed.
