Just remembered I had this account after watching a TikTok about the dear starboy fanfic and well
I want to first thank everyone for enjoying my fanfics and helping me cope through a troublesome time in middle school by providing me with a wonderful community to be a part of. At the same time I acknowledge that a lot of my writing (ESPECIALLY Crimson Sights) was deeply problematic and glorified a lot of troublesome topics like misogyny and SA. I want to apologize to anyone who rightfully found offence with my writing and that is the complete opposite of who I am today. I admit it was a product of its time and for some reason a lot of us enjoyed that kind of content but it's not okay now and seeing some of your comments finding disgust in it made me feel terrible for having even written that in the first place. Being almost 20 and in college now this account provides me with a lot of cringey laughs to look back on and I hope a lot of you do the same as well. For anyone who is in a similar position as I was when I first started this page, embrace your fandoms and interests. Find joy in the communities you make yourself a part of. Write fanfiction and draw art. Even if you think you'll find it cringey one day, find joy in that as well. Even if I left this account I never left the Eddsworld fandom and I still am constantly surprised with how creative you guys can get. Maybe you'll see me around one day! I completely forgot I followed you, but i remember thinking you were hella cool with how many followers you had and how good I thought your book was at the time. I honestly don’t remember a whole bunch about the book, but I’m happy you can look back at it in a fun way, as crazy as the actual product is. Hell, I haven’t even thought of how much joy embracing the things you liked back then by making fanfics and fanart gave!!
