I stayed without lights for 2 hours straight and now its back on

I LITERALLY fell down my bed and crawled to the corner of my room and started shaking by how scared i got
There was a storm outside too ,,
I literally sprinted down a hallway 3 times to get food and go to the bathroom
My “dad” is back home rn and guess what
I told him all of this happened and he just laughed while i was about to have a panic attack

It was about them going to a rave/party and a dude was annoying Poob by touching her while Pest was a away ,, then she splashes her drink on the dude’s face and ends up running accidentally into Pest
Then they go away and Pest comforts Poob if i remember correctly
