Glassy Sky

I'm 16 chapters into writing a book called Twisted. It's about a girl who is trapped in the anime world and every time she dies, she falls into a new world. I have a few people who help read over and edit it, so it doesn't have any grammar errors. 
          Unfortunately, I update it very slowly. Should I complete it and then publish it or publish it one chapter at a time. If so, would anyone be interested in reading it?
