            She kept her eyes on the cameras looking around to see what was nearby. The landscape was actually quiet beautiful if you took your time but they couldn't afford to do that unfortunately.

                 “ It’s a flat platform — something akin to an elevator , ”  he explains , eyes fixed on the radar as unease lingers beneath his composure.  There was always the risk someone else was out here — V.I or V.II , both of whom had been hunting him ever since he fled after the incident . . .  the one where V.II left V.VI to die.
            
                 Veridus had been marked for re-education , but he slipped away before anyone could intervene.  Even now , his heart pounded hard against his ribs , though outwardly he remained composed.  In the cockpit , he was typically cold and unshaken — but these past few days had tested that.  Being lobotomized was not part of his plans.
            
                 “ It’s large — hard to miss.  There should be one nearby;  I remember passing it on my way to the hangar. ”

            "Catapult? I suppose whatever that is it would be large if it is supposed to launch this thing?" She asked figuring that if it was to help them leave it would have to be big. She watched the cameras looking for anything that might be a catapult

The blue bunny had yawned, it was late, he’d finished work around 30 minutes prior, getting ready to leave and then finally walking out the employee exit at around 2:30am, starting the walk home, boots softly clicking against the cement of the sidewalk, the chain on his collar hooked into a pocket, his eyes sweeping across the dark streets that were illuminated by the occasional street or porch light.

            She looked around again curious about her surroundings as she looked back up at river. "Mr river can you tell me the name of this strange land?" She asked

His eyes glanced towards the voice, his breath stilling, almost…. As if he hadn’t really believed it had truly happened the first time, but now, there was no denying it…. He cleared his throat slowly nodding and giggling sheepishly “oh uh- thanks-…” he spoke slowly before glancing back over to the streetlights, he hadn’t ever seen anyone Ike this before, then again, some would say that about his kind…it was, conflicting..

            After a tense moment of silence the sword spoke again. "This one dies not seem connected to the dread lords." He spoke. Gloom girl giggled softly "river .......that is a nice name I am called gloom girl but you can just call me gloom." She introduced herself before dropping down.
