Am I the only one that hates showing emotions? Like I refuse to “let it out”. I hate crying, because I know once I start, I won’t stop. So like anyone else?

I mean I’m not depressed so, it’s not that I’m really feeling sad, it’s just that I don’t show emotions because I don’t want people thinking I’m weak. And I hate when people act sympathetic when I’m upset. It’s just hard, there’s stuff going on with my older sister, which I am that closes to, and I just don’t know what to do.
