Okay, I'm aware I'm taking month long breaks, but there is no reason I should be coming back to 1 2 7 notification... HELP

Guys, if anyone even reads these, three days ago I inhaled dihydrogen monoxide. Not much, don't worry, I was at the table and picked up a cup, took a sip and choked. Now I can barely speak and my throat feels like trash. If anyone has any ideas on how to help, I would be extremely grateful.
