I think I'm going to go offline for a while...could be a week, a month, or a few months...let me explain.
Lately, I have been incredibly stressed out. I got absolutely no sleep last night due to this, and I don't know exactly what's wrong with me. But, by now, I know my patterns. Around the point I am at now, if I don't address it, I will start self-harming again, and a lot of other negative behaviors I have done in the past.
This is not a call for sympathy or help...I'm not going to hurt myself. This is just to show that it's okay to take a complete break from everything to focus on mental health. My profile, and #INSPIRE, have been completely about taking care of yourself, and knowing how and when to reach out for help. I just also figured that I would make an official statement as to why I haven't been and won't be posting as often.
I'll stop rambling now, and get out of everyone's hair. I'll be back soon, don't worry!
