Gaze narrowed , he would grow the courage to look into the other's eyes , tears swelling away the hurt that his eyes maintained to hide behind the façade of being in control of what he's feeling . His head willingly found itself leaning to the warmth that coated his freezing mask , the cold have gotten to his skin as he was one to not wear something heavy for such a weather, perhaps to use it as an excuse to why his face was so red . ❛❛ I .. ❜❜ It was instant , how he was willing to speak of it outloud , but his tongue betrayed him, he felt it turn to a knot and his stomach growing a sense of fear the moment he was going to scream out his confession , biting his tongue back and lips , he turned his gaze away for a moment . ❛❛ .. @-L0st_Time- coiled emotions withered, leaving behind only a fragile thread of sanity, fraying at the seams. it flickered in nukoyo’s eyes, a glint of something raw, unspoken. frustration simmered just beneath the surface of his cracking composure, enough to make the reaper shift forward instinctively. something in the way his hands moved, hesitant and searching, spoke of a desperate need to hold, to anchor. and yet, it was nukoyo’s silence, the words unsaid, that slipped through the cracks first. rurik reached out, steady despite the storm between them, and pulled nukoyo closer. his palm found its place gently against nukoyo’s cheek, grounding him. “i’ve always known how you felt,” he said softly, thumb brushing over his skin. “but needing to hear it from your lips.. that’s a different kind of desire.”

The sound of the wind was harsh on his ears , as if it was thudding the drums to silence everything around him , he felt his skin grow cold and the grip he had on sanity slightly slipping from him, he was upset, he hated confrontations, he hated this situation he put himself in . ❛❛ so /nothing/ I've done was making it obvious ..?
