I don't think having tourettes is an excuse, like yes there are people having a hard time controlling it (correct me if I'm wrong) but black people with tourettes's syndrome + other poc with tourettes's syndrome exists and I think they are disappointed with John David

I don't know. I, personally, would apologize, but it's also exhausting for people with Tourettes to live their lifw apologizing for something that is involuntary and completely not their fault. It's still a slur, and I feel terrible for Michael and Delroy, but I get the lack of immediate apology.
