          some days the sun might be out but we happen to feel gloomy. your favourite food is served to you and that still does not help. your favourite hobby, favourite show, favourite outing; nothing seems to uplift your mood. that is why it is said that mental health is the most important defining factor when it comes to satisfaction and contentment in life. as long as your mind is in a good place, where you are present physically will not matter. and your mind is but a child. so train it, discipline it and nurture it delicately. like it were a petal or afraid feather. it is a sensitively beautiful place. moreover, most importantly, it is YOUR place, your belonging. you can wash that dull sky off, you can cultivate those sunflowers or roses that you had wanted to, you can build a house as you had wished to, you can be that super cool boss you wanted to be. 
          that is just the beginning of what you can do with YOU. you should and do not have to limit yourselves. focus on growth and consistency. in little steps, there is always success.
