Hello!
I'm Nyota, a thirteen years old girl from Norway. Since I was less than a schoolgirl it was clear to my family that I was very creative, and drawing became a hobby pretty quick. I was always a book lover, and I literally ate them up sometimes! When I was eight, I began making my own "books" by putting some paper together, and I loved to write and draw my stories.
About two years sto, my plan was ready - I wanted to be an author. So I began working arter bedtime on this story called "Things you don't know", and when my dad borrowed my iPod, he finally found my growing talent. A half year, 20.000 words and many personal problems later, I finished the "book". We managed to find a website where you actually can make your own books with covers and everything, and order them. So far, I've sold about 25 books to friends and family.
I began working on three followers to the first book, but my skills had improved too Much from the first, so I ended them. After all, it was all some childish nonsense about a fantasy world and unicorns - yet, it's still charming to read it.
I began on a new story, in norwegian as always, and uploaded it on this game called howrse. The story, which I'm translating to english under the name "Dawnstar", is about a wild mustang mare named Nyota. She lives a very challenging life under a strict leader, but manages to escape the herd with her friend, Morris the otter, and begins a journey to find a new home. However, there is more than one threath who is dogging her, and Nyota knows as good as nothing...
The story ended up on 66.500 words, and became a huge sucsess!
Despite my huge interest in language, I'm not very good in English, so bare with me ;)
