Study anywhere but not on your bed! Your body and brain associate your bed with sleep magically. You will end up feeling sleepy.

How to feel motivated to study again? :)
1. Think about all of the energy you've invested to get to where you are now and use that as motivation to keep going.
2. Find a study buddy or form a study group to keep you accountable and motivated.
3. Take time breaks while studying to prevent you from getting distracted or lazy.
4. Do something that makes you feel happy each other to reduce stress and burn out.
5. Create a good study environment. Make sure you have good lighting and zero distractions.
6. Plan something fun at least once a week so you have something to look forward to.
