@-1812- Raven sighed, and shook her dark head. "I'm not nervous..I just don't enjoy these meetings." She brushed one paw over her nose and glanced around the cat. "Are you okay? You look nervous..." She glanced around Nightleaf again. "I could have sworn I saw something there." She shook her head and smiled, "Don't worry about it - I was probably just seeing things.." She muttered..."Again.." She batted her paw on the ground. "I had my eye injusred in battle several moons ago - I have trouble seeing out of it now." She offered as an explanation.

At least the cat seemed as nervous as she was. Taking this as an advantage, Nightleaf felt a surge of confidence.
'Of course take pride in the fact that you are not the worst. if you are trying to go against me that is not how to do it," the shadow promptly whispered. A damp feeling of shame came over her before she banished it away with a flick of her tail. there was no reason to feel down no, she could simply wait until later when he invaded her dreams. That was something to angst about, but now she could at least enjoy some solace.
"Yes," she answered Raven. "Are you okay? You seem a bit nervous?"

Elina sat crouched in the shadows, watching the cats converse around her. The meeting would be starting soon, but Elina felt reluctant to leave the shelter of the shadows. She was also embarrassed as to what the other cats would think of her as her first impression was indeed always the hardest. Especially when at just one touch, she'd see things of the cat she didn't want to ever know. It was none of her business. Elina's ears twitched as her gaze shifted between each of the cats quickly.

Nightleaf found meeting boring, but her falling social standing and lack of any company made her feel obligated to go.
"You could have stayed in camp," the shadow whispered. She could feel his warmth at her back and shuddered in apprehension. It made dark brown fur on her back want to stand on end. Staying from the gathering would mean she would be alone with him, and she wanted done of that. She closed her eyes for a moment and attempted to ignore him, but his voice and presence only cane stronger.
"Must you be so cold?" He asked with a hint of a jest.
Grinding her teeth, Nightleaf sent for a distraction. Further off she could see a familiar face. Raven was the name she recalled. She had never spoken to the cat, but it seemed worth a try, if to keep his voice from her ears.
Padding up to her she made an attempt at conversation. "Hello," she said almost cheerfully. "You're Raven, right?"

Raven padded toward the others cats in the gathering. She was late - but fashionably so. The wind was cold, and her black fur ruffled in the breeze. She resisted the urge to shiver. She almost never came to these things What was the poin? Her thoughts drifted to Tallic. Where was he? She glanced around, she could see Keeta and Velle nearby but she didn't sit with them She came to these things to hear the talking, not socialize. Her black fur pricked up when everyone became quiet for the start of the meeting.

Tallic looked around - where was he? The pads on his feet were blistered, and every bone ached. He should have been back to the camp by now. Where was he? Glancing around, he looked for a landmark. Something that would give him an idea of where he was. Nothing looked familiar. The tree's were even different, a type that he had never seen before. He sat down, paws aching. How had he gotten here? He couldn't remember.
