Ambiguous loss –
A loss where you don’t have any idea if your loved one is gone or not.
You don’t get a proper ending,
but uncertainty lingers, like a foggy mind,
something unclear to understand yet not empty enough to let go.
You end up standing in that worst waiting phase.
Your heart is not ready to let go.
          	It didn’t get closure.
It didn’t get a proper ending.
It didn’t get answers to those unspoken questions.
          	So, it can’t let go.
Psychologically, ambiguous loss is the hardest kind of loss,
where a presence can feel like absence,
and absence can feel like presence.

There will be times in life when people will leave. Don’t be upset over that.
They leave not because you did something you shouldn’t have, but because their role in your life has ended.
Some people are not meant to stay forever. They enter our lives as a test—to test your sabr (patience),
or as a wasilah (medium) to awaken a quality within us that was sleeping.
And some people are meant to stay.
          Yes, you heard it right.
They are given to stay with you until your journey ends. They say that even if you don’t get a whole group of people, it is certain that you will never be alone. You will surely find companionship, whether it is family, a friend of the same gender, an older sister, or even a pet. But remember this: it will give you peace.
          For women,
you have one very precious thing—
          your haya.
Keep it safe. Guard it from the eyes of outsiders.
          And men,
          please lower your gaze.
A man is not powerful or respected because he has many women to mess around with.
He is powerful and respected when a woman, even in her most vulnerable state, feels safe around him.
Be a man who is only for his wife.
Be a woman who is only for her husband.

Don't appease others, it drains your energy. There can be situations where you are alone while others are together—not because you are wrong, but because they chose the wrong path. You are in this world, somewhere temporary, not somewhere you can claim as your final destination.
They say every living creature will have to taste the feeling of death. Prepare yourself for that.
Be a good human being, someone who can say, “I lived a life where no one has a single complaint against me.”
Don't be arrogant. Don't be egoistic. Don't be stubborn. Don't be proud. Humble yourself.
Ego is nothing but destruction. It gives temporary, hollow happiness but leads to complete ruin later.
